A breach of human rights?
My human is now having to consider the whole 'hand luggage' issue for our return trip (indeed, I might even have to go into the hold!).
But surely it is a breach of a woman's human rights to be deprived of her handbag?

It's surely a case for Amnesty International - no handbags indeed, what would Oscar Wilde say?
I think it's easing up a bit now though and according to the latest news you can now bring on a piece of hand luggage (smaller than previously though) and you have to put your handbag into it. Still no liquids allowed but you can take your book, magazines, mobile phone, etc.
May I suggest the authorities take the miscreants responsible for this situation and lock them into a room filled with angry passengers?
